The Organisational Heartbeats Process

Organisational Heartbeats are available at a fixed cost of €1,000.00 (plus relevant taxes) for up to 200 employees. Thereafter each additional response is charged at €1.00.

Organisational Heartbeats are standard instruments and demographics (e.g. manager/non manager), questions (survey items), and reports are standardised and cannot be customised or changed in any manner. We can, however, provide bespoke surveys that are tailored to your specific requirements. Please contact us  to arrange a consultation.

Each of the Organisational Heartbeats provides the following:

  • 10 survey questions (items)
  • 2 levels of demography – Manager and non Manager
  • A best practice guide to support you through the survey
  • A one-page written summary of overall results
  • 3 standard separate one page reports, each showing a detailed table of the numbers and percentages of respondents who selected each available response to each item

  • A 'norm' data comparison chart where available**
  • Automated daily survey completion rate reports

The entry cost of Organisational Heartbeats is €1000.00 (plus relevant taxes) for up to 200 participants. Thereafter costs increase by €1.00 per additional participant. An organisation wishing to survey 300 employees will incur a cost of €1,100.00 or 750 employees €1,550.00. There are no other costs. Costs are based on the number of survey units ordered and not on completed responses.

** 'Norm' data is continuously re-calculated. In some instances 'norm' data will not be available in the short term until sufficient usage for the instrument is established. The March 2010 release of Employee Engagement, Management Behaviours, and Leadership Styles Organisational Heartbeats will have 'norm' data. Performance Management Perceptions and Innovation Readiness Organisational Heartbeats may not have 'norm' data until summer 2010.

To order Organisational Heartbeats proceed to the order page by clicking the 'Order Form' button in the Survey Products box at the top right hand side of the page. Users must complete the order page in full providing contact details, numbers to be surveyed, data collection dates and required feedback date. All costs must be paid in full prior to the release of survey reports. In addition users must read and confirm their acceptance of Organisational Heartbeats Terms and Conditions of usage.
