Organisational Heartbeats Surveys are the result of collaborate effort
between four specialist companies in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom -
Graphite HRM Limited
Business Analytic Limited
Ivery Consulting Limited
Interviewing Services Limited
Each organisation brings to Organisational Heartbeats
substantial expertise and experience from organisation development, employee
research, statistical analysis to market and consumer research. The following
profiles overview the main contributors to Organisational Heartbeats and their
expertise. The outputs of the Organisational Heartbeats feature a detailed report pack
(see sample report and questions/items
) that is
easy to understand, presenting the information in different ways to meet the
needs of the reader. Crucially, you will have a one-hour telephone feedback
session with one of the five experts who created Organisational Heartbeats. We do not delegate
this aspect of the service to 'interns' or junior consultants. You will be
speaking with an acknowledged specialist in the field with many years
experience, who has reviewed your results in detail.
