Senior management of an organisation often have little idea how their decisions are perceived by the organisation's employees. Decisions taken at the top of the organisation are frequently poorly understood at junior levels, leading to a lack of faith in leadership, which is often wholly misplaced.
This survey examines employees' perceptions of the way your organisation is managed from the top. Comparison of your organisation's scores with national benchmarks indicates the degree to which high-level organisational decision-making is understood and accepted throughout your organisation, and reveals areas of perceived strength and weakness. The results can be used to improve internal communications around specific areas of concern.
